DigitalPath Inc. is seeking an Outdoor Network Technician Apprentice in California to join our rural wireless network team.

You will be guided by experienced technicians and supervisors to build, upgrade, and maintain the network, transitioning from training to hands-on application in outdoor settings. The role is physically demanding, involves tower work and occasional long travel, with a 4/10s schedule and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No fear of heights, driving, or flying.
• 5 years of driving experience.
• Insurable with a clean driving record.
• Experience in outdoor work and adverse weather.
• Ability to climb towers up to 300 ft.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
