Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Field Technician I in the Albuquerque area to install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems for telecommunications clients. The role is home-based with local dispatch and travel within the designated geographic area.

You will complete work orders, document activities with laptop software, and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in telecom or related fields and Cisco experience.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in telecommunications or related electrical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of technical aptitude.
• Experience working with Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Company: Telecommunications / Data Center services company
Location of Role: Albuquerque, NM and surrounding areas.
Pay Rate: $30 - $33 per hour
Length of Contract: 12 months, excellent potential for contract to hire
Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States without the need of sponsorship, either now or in the future

Job Summary

As a Field Technician I, you will leverage your experience installing and maintaining various telecommunications systems to deliver best-in-class service for our clients. You are passionate about building trust, developing your technical skills, and growing within the expanding Internet of Things (IoT) market. You enjoy traveling locally while providing outstanding customer service. This is a home-based, dispatched role. You will be supporting job assignments in a specified geographic area. This is a contract opportunity with the intent of converting to a permanent employee in a relatively short period of time.
