Job summary

New Era Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced Network Engineer to deploy and manage diverse WAN/edge networks, including Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, Meraki, and Cradlepoint NetCloud.

You will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, guiding field technicians during installations, cutovers, and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates have 4–7+ years in large-scale networking, with strong Cisco SD-WAN and Meraki experience, plus familiarity with LTE/5G, routing protocols, and security fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years hands-on data networking experience in large-scale projects or national/international deployments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, vManage, policy control and routing.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs and network security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and support Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN solutions (vManage, vEdge/cEdge).
• Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki MX, MS and MR platforms.
• Implement and support Cradlepoint NetCloud ecosystem and LTE/5G integration.
• Provide real-time remote support to field technicians during installations and cutovers.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and security requirements across multiple customer networks.
