Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate loans in an assigned market, taking applications and guiding them through processing and underwriting for approval.

The role requires up to 50% travel to fulfill sales activities and build relationships with clients and referral sources. Ideal candidates will have NMLS registration, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least two years of mortgage, sales, real estate, or banking experience.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under S.A.F.E. Act and Reg Z, and ongoing compliance.
• Two or more years of mortgage, sales, real estate, or banking experience.
• Ability to travel, as role involves field activities.

Responsibilities
