Qualifications

• Must have a current license through NMLS and be in good standing.
• Two years prior mortgage or mortgage banking experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automotive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and originate mortgage loans.
• Comply with outside sales obligations and guidelines.
• Monitor loan pipeline through Lenders Office.
• Educate borrowers on loan products and financing processes.
• Maintain regular contact with borrowers and realtors.

Skills

Knowledge of Freddie Mac (FHLMC)

Knowledge of Fannie Mae (FNMA)

Knowledge of FHA and VA loans

Excellent phone and service skills

Sound judgment and decision-making skills

Develop and maintain relationships

Education
