Job summary

RSS Mobile Trailer Repair in Miami, FL is seeking an Experienced Mobile Trailer Mechanic to diagnose, repair and maintain tractor-trailer equipment in the field. You will travel in a mobile service truck to customer sites, performing on-site diagnostics and timely repairs.

Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors, with strong knowledge of truck and trailer systems, and the ability to pass DOT requirements. Weekend or on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to be on-call

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair truck and trailer systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements
• Operate and maintain a mobile service truck
• Ensure compliance with all safety and DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
• Weekend and on-call availability as needed
