Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty truck equipment.
• Coordinate customer repair orders with Service Manager and Shop Foremen.
• Advise customers of needed service work and suggest additional sales.
• Maintain favorable relations with customers.
