Job summary

Care2U is a fast-growing mobile healthcare company delivering High-Intensity Physician-Led Acute Care directly into patients' homes across New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County. As a Mobile Integrated Health Paramedic, you will join the front line of field operations, delivering in-home acute and urgent care in partnership with telehealth physicians and care teams.

This full-time, on-the-road role requires NYS Paramedic certification and a valid driver's license, with three 12-hour

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 911, interfacility, critical care, flight, or community/mobile integrated health paramedicine.
• NYS Paramedic Certificate required.
• Driver's License required.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person home visits to assess, treat, and manage acute illnesses and injuries in the patient's home setting.
• Deliver treatment in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines and Care2U protocols.
• Collaborate in real time with telehealth physicians, APPs, and care coordinators to manage high-acuity cases.
• Identify and document risk factors and elevate concerns to the care team as needed.
