Job summary

Path Robotics Inc. is seeking a Senior Metrology Tech to own dimensional calibration of robotic welding systems from install through validation. The role requires extensive FARO tracker experience, PolyWorks, and RoboDK integration.

This field-forward position involves 60–70% travel and on-site support at customer facilities. Strong data analysis, rigorous documentation, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software at customer sites are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in metrology in field or industrial settings.
• Experience with FARO Vantage or ION trackers preferred.
• Strong data analysis and documentation discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end calibration of robotic welding cells using FARO laser trackers.
• Set up and operate FARO trackers per SOPs; calibrate with PolyWorks/RoboDK.
• Document validated calibration packages and hand off to customers.
