Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to guide a small team in executing planograms, resets, fixture installs, and product placements across national retail accounts.

In this field-based role, you will schedule tasks, delegate work, and ensure merchandising accuracy while maintaining high-store presentation standards that help drive sales. You will communicate progress to store contacts and retail leadership and coach the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and lead a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Detail-oriented approach to accuracy and merchandising execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of merchandisers to execute planograms, resets, fixture installations, and product placements.
• Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Ensure merchandising accuracy, including proper layout, product placement, signage, and pricing.
• Communicate progress and issues with store contacts and retail leadership.
• Maintain quality standards and support store presentation improvements that drive sales.
