Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales Representatives, store management, and internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience through effective shelf management and POS execution. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by supporting point-of-purchase initiatives and maintaining displays.
• Optimize product placement for visibility, accessibility, and customer engagement.
• Inventory management: restock shelves, monitor levels, and alert sales reps to low/out-of-stock items.
• Promotion support: assist with promotional displays and report engagement.
• Quality standards & compliance: uphold merchandising standards across accounts.
• Workforce tracking & reporting: document activities using required system.
