Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a product merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large volume stores across multiple locations. You’ll lift cases weighing 20-45 pounds, operate hand trucks and pallet jacks, and maintain neat backrooms and floors.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, self-management, and customer-facing interactions with store staff and Pepsi management, with a focus on safety and efficiency in fast-paced retail environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Access to personal transportation to reach multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelves, coolers and displays with products.
• Rotate products in backrooms and on shelves.
• Transport products to and from backrooms to shelf locations.
• Use equipment to transport products (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Display promotional material and keep stock orderly.
• Communicate store issues to managers and Pepsi management.
• Build relationships with store staff and provide customer service.
• Follow operating procedures and ensure regular attendance.
