Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to visit assigned retail stores, install and maintain electronics displays, and support in-store execution across a defined territory. This role offers weekly pay, paid training, and a mix of in-store and online learning with an emphasis on independence.

Ideal candidates may have general retail or consumer electronics experience and must be able to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in merchandising, customer service, or retail is a plus.
• Willingness to complete paid online training and on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores within a designated territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products.
• Collaborate with team members on 2–3 person projects and installs.
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships and complete assignments on time.
• Report using a mobile device and complete Channel Partner certification if applicable.
• Schedule and execute work per CP Standards and onboarding guidance.
• Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx for store locations.
