Job summary

24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking two associates to stock shelves, rotate stock, and build displays within a 40-mile radius of downtown Nashville, TN. The role requires English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel about 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is typically required.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift 30–50 lbs.
• On-the-job training for store layouts, planograms, and inventory handling may be provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and unload products from inventory.
• Rotate stock using FIFO rules and move older stock to front.
• Build promotional displays, endcaps, and seasonal arrangements.
• Place correct price tags and promotional signage.
• Remove damaged or expired goods from shelves.
• Communicate sales activities and promotions with store staff.
• Work independently or in a team to complete tasks.
