Job summary

McClatchy Media Company in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service products across multiple stores, traveling between accounts. This on-site role requires strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication, the ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor.

You will follow planograms, replenish stock, and report hours using designated company apps. Employment is contingent on background check, a 4-panel drug test, and MVR clearance.

Qualifications

• General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and detail-oriented.
• Reliable transportation for travel between stores.
• Professional conduct and adherence to attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• 100% Merchandising: merchandise products and replenish stock according to store standards.
• Service all assigned stores on designated weekdays per schedule.
• Follow planograms (POGs) and display guidelines.
• Accurately record work hours and other information using designated apps.
• Communicate with supervisor before overtime or working beyond scheduled hours.
