Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a merchandiser to manage shelf and display setups in large-volume stores across the Columbia area. The role includes stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring backroom organization while maintaining strong store relationships.

The position is labor-intensive, requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, and offers a retention bonus for eligible employees in good standing with continuous service. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
