Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to manage product presentation in large volume grocery stores within the Oakley to Batavia area. You will stock shelves, rotate stock, build displays, and ensure backroom organization while coordinating with store staff.

The role is physically demanding, requiring lifting 20-45 lb cases, operating hand trucks and pallet jacks, and maintaining a consistent route schedule across assigned locations. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail or grocery merchandising is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and follow a designated route.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs.
