Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Anchorage, AK is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock shelves, coolers, and displays for PepsiCo brands. You will rotate products, monitor dates, and maintain in-stock conditions while moving goods from backrooms to sales floors as part of a fast-paced, hands-on role.

The role involves building promotional displays, coordinating with store teams, and supporting daily orders using handheld devices. Training is provided and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).
