Job summary

JOHNSON BROTHERS MAVERICK BEVERAGE COMPANY is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to support the Chain Retail Division. You will deliver orders, stock shelves, rotate back stock, and set up displays, ensuring correct pricing and POS materials across accounts.

Responsibilities include accepting daily routes, communicating needs with management, and maintaining logs of visits. Must travel regularly within the territory with reliable transportation and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Education - High School diploma required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
• Lift and carry 40+ pound cases of product.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, able to work alone or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and check orders into accounts accurately.
• Rotate back stock and stock shelves for maximum exposure.
• Display POS and build displays per planograms.
• Receive daily route details via email from Warehouse/Merchandising Manager.
• Communicate effectively with management to resolve ordering or shipping needs.
• Maintain logs of accounts visited and provide updates to management.
• Travel within geographic area as necessary; maintain reliable transportation.
