Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a merchandiser for project-based work across designated area, ensuring displays align with planograms and attract shoppers.

You will travel 30 to 60 miles between locations, report hours via an online portal, and coordinate with store staff during daytime hours; occasional evenings or weekends may be needed.

This role offers weekly pay, W2 employment, and per diem/hotel support for travelers.

Qualifications

• Must have own reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area (depending on market location).
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and Channel Partners management team.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy objects weighing 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising activities including planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, stocking shelves, light dusting and cleaning on completed sets, retagging, and product rotation for brands.
• Participate in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays are in line with planograms.
• Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal accessible with a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Maintaining retailer-specific online certifications as necessary.
• Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager after completion.
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
• Adapt to changing work schedule (occasioned evening or weekend shifts; some smaller projects allow for flexible scheduling).
