Job summary

McClatchy Media Company is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple stores in Pooler, GA. The role involves on-site merchandising, stock replenishment, and following corporate standards while traveling between accounts.

Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, solid verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment. Reliable transportation and proficiency with common software tools are required.

Qualifications

General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Able to multitask and detail-oriented.
Conduct self in a professional manner.
Adherence to the attendance policy.
Reliable transportation for travel.
Able to use Movista and/or other required applications.
Have personal cell phone and mobile device (tablet).
Proficient with Word, the internet, and email applications.

Responsibilities

Work within a retail environment to merchandise products and replenish stock following store/corporate standards.
Service assigned stores on the designated hours scheduled by supervision.
Record work hours and report as required using designated applications.
Communicate with store personnel and Supervisor to align on duties and expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
