Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build displays, and maintain in-store visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and more. You will travel to multiple locations, place orders via iPad, follow merchandising steps, and collaborate with store staff to execute plans and launches.

Requires 18+, valid ID, reliable vehicle, ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally), and four days a week plus one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• Self-motivated, positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize shelf visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to merchandising steps and capture display photos.
• Order product via iPad for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow daily merchandising schedules for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while in stores.
