Job summary

T-ROC (The Revenue Optimization Companies) is seeking a Field Merchandiser to manage kiosks at local retailers, ensuring inventory availability and excellent customer service. You will drive a fleet vehicle, support 20–35 kiosks daily, and merchandise them consistently.

Responsibilities include replenishment, basic troubleshooting, planogram updates, and building strong retailer relationships while maintaining kiosk appearance and uptime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive between local retailers with our vendor’s kiosk and replenish inventory.
• Maintain the kiosks and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Report any deficiencies with the kiosk or inventory.
• Create a strong relationship with the retailer with each visit.
• Load and transport inventory from local warehouse to local retailers.
• Respond to dispatch calls utilizing a work order system during scheduled shift.
