Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Field Merchandiser to maintain kiosks, replenish inventory, and deliver excellent customer service at local retailers across the Carrollton area. You will drive a fleet vehicle, manage 20-35 kiosks, and ensure machines are functional, stocked, and visually appealing.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to lift 25-50 lbs, and basic data entry on a tablet. You thrive working independently and building retailer relationships.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with multiple products and selling rates.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Ability to use a tablet and perform basic data entry.
• Must communicate and collaborate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Drive between local retailers with kiosk and replenish inventory.
• Report kiosk placement issues to leadership.
• Maintain kiosks and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Report deficiencies with kiosk or inventory.
• Develop strong retailer relationships during visits.
• Ensure kiosks look excellent (clean, dust-free, no defects).
• Load and transport inventory from warehouse to retailers.
• Use fleet vehicle to maintain kiosk inventory.
• Respond to dispatch calls and log tasks in the work order system.
• Maintain exterior of kiosks (cleaning, painting, repairs).
• Secure all merchandise and ensure kiosks are locked.
• Load/unload products from vehicle, retailers, and warehouse.
• Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
