Job summary

Fisher59, LLC is seeking a stocker/merchandiser to support daily store visits, restock displays, rotate stock, and ensure POS materials are visible.

You will drive a company van, work in coolers, set up promotions, and coordinate with the Sales Manager to reset displays and maintain product integrity. This role also requires basic computer skills and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of Sales experience.
• Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Have strong customer service and interpersonal expertise.
• Decision making, thoroughness and time management a must.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores daily to breakdown truck and restock displays, shelves, coolers and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company.
• Inspect vehicle conditions and operate a company supplied van.
• Work in store coolers and rotate stock per procedures on expiration dating.
• Where required build displays-install or distribute promotional materials.
• Assist with cooler resets as directed by Sales Manager.
• Ensure POS is visible and products are rotated in coolers/displays/backrooms.
• Safely handle pallets and unsold product to prevent damage.
• Breakdown orders and store products in coolers/backrooms; organize back stock and discard trash.
