Job summary

CROSSMARK in Lafayette, CO is seeking a Retail Client Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products in convenience stores. You will develop relationships with store management and staff while stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring planogram compliance.

This part-time role offers a flexible daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, pay around $19 per hour, and benefits including health, 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
