Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking, displaying, and ensuring product availability. You will work with various store teams and travel to locations to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods or special projects.

Candidates must have access to a smartphone for work communications and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. No degree required; US work eligibility is essential. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English proficiency required for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app to report results.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated area as assigned.
