Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display products at assigned retail locations. You will travel within a defined region, interact with store teams, and execute promotional setups using company tools and mobile app.

The role requires reliability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. English communication skills are essential. Competitive pay starts at $17.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with a data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to various store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to company and client guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results using the company's mobile app.
• Assist with the setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a specific area or region.
