Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, organize and display merchandise in assigned retail stores. You will travel within a region, work with store teams, and use our mobile app to report results.

Flexibility in hours and a proactive approach are valued as you support promotional and seasonal displays and provide excellent customer service. Candidates must have access to a smartphone, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a data plan on smartphone.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure prime displays.
• Complete store visits and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service professionally.
• Travel to multiple stores within area; resolve display issues.
