Martignetti Companies in Boston, MA is seeking a Delivery Support Associate to assist customers with inventory management and merchandising in assigned accounts. The role emphasizes collaboration with sales staff and customers to ensure shelves, cold boxes, and displays meet brand standards.

You will follow a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday work, lifting up to 40 pounds, and driving as needed with a valid Massachusetts license.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Massachusetts driver’s license and vehicle registration required.
• Strong communication and brand knowledge skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance visibility of shelves, cold boxes, and inventories per merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to ensure inventory for displays.
• Adhere to brand standards set by suppliers.
• Establish rapport with store managers and share product knowledge.
• Maintain shelves and back room organization in assigned accounts.
