Martignetti Companies in Massachusetts is seeking a Merchandiser to boost product visibility and drive sales in assigned accounts. You will craft engaging displays, place POS materials, and support brand development with store-level execution.

The role requires independent work, a proactive attitude, and flexible hours. You will travel to various accounts and maintain stock levels while collaborating with Sales representatives to ensure optimal in-store presence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves, displays, windows, counters, cold boxes, and signage meet merchandising standards.
• Create eye-catching point-of-sale displays per brand standards.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to maintain inventory levels on shelves and displays.
• Keep a photographic record of displays in each account.
• Monitor and track displays, counters, shelves, and signage by store.
• Develop compelling merchandising presentations for retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers.
• Provide product information to store managers and customers as needed.
