Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser to support retail accounts with product placement, stocking, and brand presentation. You will help maintain in-store execution and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Compensation includes $18.25 per hour plus a $2,400 annual taxable car allowance and a $300 monthly gas card. The role requires a valid driver's license and weekend availability, with a focus on beer, wine, and spirits knowledge.

Qualifications

• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work weekends and lift 45–65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts.
• Stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays and managing POS materials.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
• Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to identify opportunities.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and shelf/cold box expansion opportunities.
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product and interact with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
