Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a merchandising associate for Longmont, Evergreen, and surrounding metro areas. The role focuses on stocking shelves, rotating stock in stores, and setting up in-store displays to support our retailers and Hispanic accounts.

A reliable vehicle and a valid US driver's license are required. The position is physically demanding, involving lifting 20–45 pound cases, bending, and moving products during scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or grocery environments helps understand store operations.
• Ability to move and stock products, rotate inventory, and set up displays.
• Comfortable handling backroom storage and shelf replenishment, with attention to signs and banners.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products from backroom to shelf and use equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly, and communicate issues to store managers.
