Job summary

PepsiCo's PBNA unit in Hawaii is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume stores. The role involves moving products between backrooms and shelves, lifting 20–45 lb cases, and following a tight, scheduled routine.

You will service accounts, build relationships with store staff, and use handheld devices to input orders. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required; a $5,000 sign-on bonus applies after milestones.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Access to a personal vehicle for multi-store locations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products from backroom to shelf location.
• Operate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) to move products.
• Display promotional signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep backroom stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build relationships with store personnel.
• Input orders using handheld devices.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
