Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Minnesota Beer, LLC seeks a Merchandiser to showcase brands through displays, inventory management and product placement. If you roll up your sleeves and want to grow in sales, you’ll join our fun, family‑based culture. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00am–4:30pm MST.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, building displays, managing POS materials and store resets. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, plus a $2,400 annual car allowance and a $500 sign‑on bonus; benefits include

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in accounts: stock shelves and rotate items.
• Build displays and manage POS materials.
• Store resets for remodels and seasonal changes.
• Maintain rapport with key accounts and share feedback with the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Communicate out-of-stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and interact with the public.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
