Job summary

Beverage Distribution Center, Inc. seeks a Merchandiser to support sales objectives by merchandising, servicing accounts, and completing related duties. You will visit assigned accounts, build displays, rotate stock, and maintain pricing as per company standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of merchandising or sales experience. Proficiency with MS Office is required, and lifting/physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Two years merchandising/sales and/or customer contact experience.
• Office equipment including computer, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Clean shelves, rotate products and verify shelf prices.
• Build and maintain displays to company standards.
• Merchandise and stock coolers, racks and vendors.
• Visit accounts as scheduled and call on each one.
• Develop rapport with each account and maintain back-stock.
