Job summary

Premise Link is seeking an independent contractor to deliver, set up, and test medical alert systems in clients' homes within Seymour, IN. The role is contract-as-needed and involves direct scheduling with customers, driving your own vehicle, and providing device training.

You will handle equipment retrieval, updates, and timely communication with the agency. Company training and certifications are provided yearly. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver
• Own reliable vehicle and smartphone to use work order apps
• Friendly, professional, and clear communicator
• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Inventory responsibilities with provided equipment; quarterly counts
• Company-provided certifications updated yearly

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and test medical alert systems at client homes.
• Schedule with customers directly to complete installs or removals.
• Drive within a 30-mile radius to client locations.
• Explain device operation to clients.
• Retrieve or swap out old equipment; ship back with provided labels.
• Log work and update agency promptly via app and paperwork.
