Job summary

Premise Link seeks an independent contractor to install, set up and test medical alert systems and medication dispensers in clients' homes in Altoona, PA. Training, inventory and background checks are provided.

You will schedule with customers, travel locally, install plug‑and‑play devices, teach operation, and swap equipment as needed, using a mobile app and forms to log work for the agency.

Qualifications

• Reliable car with valid license and auto insurance.
• Smartphone to run work order apps.
• Friendly, professional and clear communicator.
• Pass background checks and a drug screen.
• Inventory provided; quarterly counts required.
• Certifications provided by Service Point; updated yearly.
• Healthcare/EMS/home health experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contractors schedule installs/removals with customers directly.
• Drive own vehicle to homes within ~30 miles coverage.
• Install and teach use of emergency alert equipment and dispensers.
• Retrieve or swap out old equipment and ship back with labels.
• Log work via app and paperwork to update the agency promptly.
