As a field-based Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be focused on keeping Prufrock systems running and evolving in real-world conditions. This role blends hands‑on field engineering with targeted design work – owning troubleshooting, rapid iteration, and implementation of mechanical solutions directly at the job site. You’ll work closely with project and engineering teams to diagnose issues, validate performance, and, when needed, design and refine critical components and assemblies for the machine. While strong mechanical design fundamentals are required, the core of this role is execution in the field: solving problems quickly, making practical decisions under pressure, and ensuring our systems perform reliably in demanding environments.
Join us to push the boundaries of mechanical engineering and make rapid transit a reality in densely populated regions.
