Qualifications

• 1 year field experience repairing heavy construction equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist equipment technicians with technical support by phone/email or on-site.
• Develop quick, accurate communication with field personnel and dispatch.
• Assure quality of repairs to minimize recalls/duplicate work.
• Assure compliance with all governmental and company safety polices.
• Comply with Human Resources policies.
• Review shop tool requirements to do work more efficiently.
• Observe and report deficiencies to advance PM program effectiveness.
• Participate in training with dealer/manufacturer and share knowledge with others.
• Work closely with Field Services Dispatcher and parts personnel for on-time parts delivery.
• Collaborate with Internal Department, Field Managers and Superintendents on daily operations.
• Maintain tools and service truck in clean, orderly condition.
