You will perform routine maintenance, use diagnostic tools, and keep detailed maintenance logs, reporting major issues to senior staff. A strong foundation in diesel/gas engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of technical school training or equivalent hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Experience repairing diesel and gas engines.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication) on heavy equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
