Job summary

Primoris Services Corp. seeks a skilled Heavy Equipment & Fleet Mechanic for our Primoris Fleet in Abilene, TX. Diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of heavy equipment, diesel engines, trucks, and pickups in shop or field settings.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of hands-on experience with a safety-first mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must lift 50 lbs and be available for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on mechanic experience.
• Strong diagnostic and welding skills.
• Ability to perform repairs in shop and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment and diesel engines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service tasks.
