Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment & Fleet Mechanic in Abilene, TX to diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of heavy construction equipment, diesel machinery, trucks, and trailers. The role requires independent work and a safety-first mindset in both shop and field settings.

Responsibilities include diagnosing engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, performing preventative maintenance, and executing routine service tasks with adherence to safety

Competenze

• One to four years of experience with heavy equipment and diesel machinery.
• Safety-focused with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfort with field and shop environments.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment.
• Troubleshoot engines, hydraulics, electrical, and braking systems.
• Perform routine service like oil changes, filter replacements, and tire maintenance.
• Operate welding as needed for equipment repair.
