Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment mechanics and the ability to work independently in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy construction equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in the field.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Execute rapid-response repairs to keep crews operational.
• Track and document work, parts, and equipment status.
