Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a qualified Mechanic for Midland, Odessa, Mentone, and Garden City, TX, to service compressors and other mechanical assets. You will work on fixed and rotating equipment, engines, pumps and valves, supporting safe, efficient operations at various sites.

Relocation to or residence in the listed Texas locations is preferred. The role includes a strong benefits package, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, life insurance and paid time off, plus annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in use and function of hand and power tools and equipment applicable to position
• Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment
• Experience relative to company and/or governmental operating/safety policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical work on fixed and rotating equipment at compressor stations and other facilities
• Work on engines, pumps, generators, turbines, valves and electrical equipment
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and well equipment; document work and reports
• Drive and ensure maintenance is completed on company vehicles; respond to safety hazards
