Job summary

Global Medical Response in Redlands is seeking a Mechanic Intermediate to perform light duty repairs on AMR fleet vehicles and assist senior mechanics. You will provide logistical support and respond to field breakdowns as needed.

The role requires basic automotive experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma. You will document work orders, use the maintenance database, and participate in fleet training sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of basic automotive experience or vocational training.
• Must have a basic set of personal tools.
• Must have a current valid driver's license.
• Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs light mechanical and electrical repairs on AMR vehicles.
• Responds to vehicle breakdowns in the field when requested.
• Provides logistical support for the department and assists Front Line Mechanics as needed.
• Operates company vehicles in accordance with company policy and safe practices.
• Completes required paperwork and documentation using repair orders.
• Uses maintenance data base to document all completed tasks / job assignments.
• Attends mandatory Fleet related training.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
