Job summary

Pape’ Machinery, Inc - Agriculture & Turf Division in Four Lakes, WA is seeking a Field Mechanic to service agricultural equipment at customer sites. You’ll diagnose, repair, rebuild engines and hydraulic systems, with welding as needed, to keep customers running.

The role requires 3+ years of heavy equipment repair experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, preferably Agriculture equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace or rebuild engines, transmissions, hydraulic components and related systems in the field.
• Welding and fabrication work as required.
• Travel to customer sites in a service vehicle to perform high-quality service.
