Job summary

MasterTech in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Field Mechanics to maintain, diagnose, and repair specialized heavy-duty equipment at the shop and at job sites.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years on drilling, earth-moving, mining equipment, and proficient troubleshooting with hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems; CDL or ability to obtain one is required; willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment (drilling, earth moving, construction, mining, agricultural, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Proficiency troubleshooting issues and using diagnostic software
• Experience with welding and fabrication
• Able to commit to overnight travel assignments when necessary
• Valid driver's license with clean record. CDL, or able to obtain one.

MasterTech is on the search for Field Mechanics in Phoenix, AZ.

The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized heavy-duty equipment both in the shop and at large and exhilarating job sites. We are looking for a range of experience working on mining, earth moving, and drilling equipment.

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $70.00/hour based on experience.
• Relocation assistance and sign on bonuses available.
  
• 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life, and AD&D insurance.
• 401k retirement plan, matching up to 6%.
  
• $300.00 per month tool allowance.
• Per diem options, up to $150.00/day.
• Weekly pay.

Shift Schedule Options:

• 10 on 4 off
• 9 on 5 off
• 8 on 6 off
  

Key Qualifications:
