Job summary

Arias & Associates, Inc. is seeking Construction Materials Testing Engineering Technicians for our Austin and San Antonio teams.

The role involves performing sampling and testing on soil, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt, traveling between project sites, and delivering accurate test results and field reports. The position requires 3+ years of experience in construction materials testing and strong communication skills to coordinate with project managers and site personnel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction materials testing preferred.
• Ability to perform sampling and testing on soil, aggregates, concrete and asphalt.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and testing at project sites on soil, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt.
• Travel to and from project sites; ARIAS truck provided.
• Produce accurate and complete testing results and field reporting.
• Transport materials samples to/from laboratory.
• Follow safety rules and procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, dispatch, engineering staff, contractor field representatives, etc.
