DIHO Consulting USA is seeking applicants for an Entry-Level Construction Materials Testing Technician role in Cedar Creek, TX. Training will be provided, and certification opportunities are available as you gain field and lab experience.

The role involves performing field and laboratory tests on soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring to ensure compliance with project specifications. Preference is given to candidates with ACI, NICET, or TxDOT certifications and those who can pass a DISA

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Construction or Construction Materials Testing
• Must be able to pass a DISA drug screen
• Must be able to pass a background check
• TWIC card preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform field and laboratory tests such as soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring
• Produce timely and detailed reports of test results
• Operate tests including slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, and cylinder casting for compressive strength
• Conduct soil compaction tests using sand cone or nuclear density gauge
• Perform Proctor, Atterberg limits, sieve analyses, and other soil classification tests
• Monitor piles during installation to document capacity, penetration, and blow counts
• Maintain safe working practices and follow company procedures
• Coordinate with dispatch and communicate with onsite clients daily
• Build positive relationships with clients and team members
